Shipping & Returns

We usually always ship the same business day if we receive your order before 1 pm eastern time.
If we are really busy, it may go out the very next day, never longer unless you approve it.

Note that the weight listed on our products may be dimentional weight.
This is done because shipping is based on weight and size.

We use UPS and FedEx for most of our domestic shipping. We always try to use the fastest and least expensive method as a service to you. You can always request a different service (next day, express mail, etc) from us.

For US shipments:

For small orders (under 12 ounces), we use USPS First Class Mail.
This is called "Low Weight $5.95" on our website.
This usually takes 5-20 days to reach you.

For heavier orders, we usually use UPS.
This is called "Best Way $9.95" on our website.
This usually takes 1-5 days to reach you.

For even heavier orders, we usually use UPS.
This is called "UPS Ground" on our website.
This usually takes 1-5 days to reach you.

You can always choose any shipping method you like.

For big kits and other large packages, we use UPS or FedEx Ground. This usually takes 2-7 days to reach you.

For all packages we use UPS Worldwide Expedited 
Some of the small orders may be able to go into a smaller package. If so, we will automatically refund any savings to you.
